What you supply or buy separately
You supply an HDMI display and internet connection for the $499 TV
bundle. The $49 SD kit is a separate hardware purchase for hosts
supplying a Pi 4 or 5, display, power, and cables; monthly or
annual subscription pricing is below. Each additional screen needs
hardware. Contact us for extra Pi hardware for an existing
subscription.
Your own OwnerRez subscription is separate if you use reservation
sync. You can also maintain your guide without a PMS connection.
AI is included with usage limits, not sold as a separate AI
subscription.

Five displays. One property subscription.
Each property subscription supports up to five paired displays in
total, shared across Raspberry Pi, iOS, and Android. Offline paired
displays still count. Revoke an unused display in your dashboard to
free a slot. Guest phones using a QR link and host dashboard access
do not count. Contact us if you need more than five displays.
Service pricing is the same across Pi, iOS, and Android. Using your
own compatible device avoids buying hardware from GuestsBoard; the
property subscription price stays the same. AI concierge is
included, with usage shared across the property’s displays and guest
access, subject to
published allowances and limits.

Each rate applies only to properties within that tier. Annual billing
saves 10% compared with 12 monthly payments.

Four properties total $72/month ($57 for the first three, plus $15 for
the fourth) or $777.60/year. Fifteen total $237/month or
$2,559.60/year; sixteen total $249/month or $2,689.20/year. These
annual rates also apply when the TV bundle renews after its included
first year. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed prices and
billing terms.
Each hardware bundle order includes one device and one subscription
per property. Each property supports up to five paired displays across

The TV bundle’s first year begins at paid checkout, including delivery
time. It has no 30-day trial and renews at $205.20/property/year for
the first 3 properties unless canceled. The SD Card Kit retains a
30-day subscription trial from checkout, with hardware charged when
ordered and monthly or annual billing afterward. Review final amounts
and billing dates in Stripe before paying.
AI concierge can be enabled per property without a separate AI
subscription charge. Usage is limited: your dashboard shows the
configured monthly allowance and current usage, and per-stay, session,
and service traffic limits also apply. Requests beyond a limit are
stopped rather than automatically billed as overages.

Give your existing TV
a new purpose.
The Pi runs the guest guide; your TV provides the screen. Both smart
and non-smart TVs can display it through HDMI. Current ordering
options use Pi hardware. A smart TV alone does not replace that
device in these setups.
