Each $499 TV bundle includes a configured Pi kit and one property’s first year from paid checkout; renewal starts at $205.20/property/year for the first 3 properties with no new kit. There is no trial on this annual offer. The $49 SD kit has a 30-day trial, then monthly or annual billing. Graduated monthly rates are $19 each for the first 3 properties, $15 each for properties 4–15, and $12 each for properties 16+. Annual billing saves 10% on those rates. Existing subscription prices and billing terms are unchanged.
Initial self-serve orders provide one device per subscribed property. Each property supports up to five paired displays across Pi, iOS, and Android. Guest QR phones and host dashboard access do not count. Service pricing is the same across platforms; using your own compatible devices avoids hardware purchases. AI concierge is included, with usage shared across the property’s displays and guest access, subject to published allowances and limits.
