Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using GuestsBoard. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use GuestsBoard.
GuestsBoard provides a software platform that enables short-term rental hosts to display property information — including WiFi credentials, house rules, local recommendations, and an AI-powered guest concierge — on a TV or screen via a Raspberry Pi device ("Device"). The platform includes a host dashboard at app.guestsboard.com and a kiosk application that runs on your Device.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use GuestsBoard. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.
GuestsBoard charges a monthly subscription fee per property. Current pricing is displayed at guestsboard.com/#pricing. Fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
You agree to use GuestsBoard only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
You retain ownership of all content you enter into GuestsBoard (property descriptions, house rules, local recommendations, etc.). By entering content, you grant GuestsBoard a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the service for you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you display to guests. GuestsBoard does not review or moderate property content.
The AI Concierge feature uses the Anthropic Claude API to respond to guest questions. The AI's responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. You should review the AI's configured system prompt and ensure it reflects accurate information about your property. GuestsBoard is not liable for incorrect AI responses.
By enabling the AI Concierge, you acknowledge that guest messages are transmitted to Anthropic's API in accordance with Anthropic's privacy policy.
GuestsBoard integrates with third-party services including OwnerRez, Stripe, and Anthropic. Use of these integrations is subject to those parties' terms and privacy policies. GuestsBoard is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.
GuestsBoard, its logo, and the kiosk software are owned by GuestsBoard and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the GuestsBoard software except as expressly permitted.
GuestsBoard is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuestsBoard's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the fees you paid to GuestsBoard in the 12 months preceding the claim.
In no event shall GuestsBoard be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GuestsBoard from any claims, damages, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay amounts owed, or if we determine your use poses a risk to other users or the platform. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected] or through the dashboard settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona, or through binding arbitration as mutually agreed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
