Yes, with an available HDMI input. The Raspberry Pi runs GuestsBoard and connects to your property’s Wi-Fi; the TV displays the guide. The screen must be powered on with the GuestsBoard input selected. Interactive navigation requires compatible input hardware; a regular TV does not become a touchscreen.
No separate AI subscription is required. AI concierge is included with every display subscription, and you choose whether to enable it. Monthly, per-stay, session, and service traffic limits apply. See how AI usage works.
GuestsBoard is a digital guest guide for vacation rentals. A compatible Raspberry Pi displays your welcome message, Wi-Fi details, house instructions, local recommendations, and checkout information on an HDMI screen. Hosts manage each property's guide in an online dashboard.
The $499 TV bundle includes a configured Pi kit and the first year for one property from paid checkout, with no free trial. It renews at $205.20/property/year for the first 3 properties, with no new kit and graduated pricing. The $49 SD Card Kit has a 30-day trial starting at checkout, then monthly or annual billing. Graduated monthly rates are $19 each for the first 3 properties, $15 each for properties 4–15, and $12 each for properties 16+. Annual billing saves 10%. See full pricing and requirements.
Yes. GuestsBoard uses an HDMI input. Guests can switch to their usual TV input or app, then return to the GuestsBoard input. The guide is visible while its input is selected. A dedicated display keeps it available throughout the stay.
No app is needed to read the display. The included phone concierge opens in a browser after guests join the property Wi-Fi and scan the on-screen code.
A standard TV can show the guide without touch input. Interactive navigation needs a compatible connected input device, or a touchscreen. The phone concierge provides a separate way to ask questions. Contact us to confirm your intended setup.
A paired board can continue displaying previously cached property information. Content updates, reservation sync, and AI answers need an internet connection.
Yes. Add your property information directly in GuestsBoard. A supported reservation integration is optional and enables automatic guest names and stay details.
The $499 TV bundle has no free trial: its included first year begins at paid checkout, then renews at $205.20/property/year for the first 3 properties without a new kit. The $49 SD Card Kit retains a 30-day subscription trial starting at checkout, followed by monthly or annual billing unless canceled. Review final amounts and billing dates in checkout.
Each property subscription supports up to five paired displays in total, shared across Raspberry Pi, iOS, and Android. Offline paired displays still count. Revoke an unused display in your dashboard to free a slot. Guest phones using a QR link and host dashboard access do not count. Contact us if you need more than five displays. Service pricing is the same across Pi, iOS, and Android. Using your own compatible device avoids buying hardware from GuestsBoard; the property subscription price stays the same. AI concierge is included, with usage shared across the property’s displays and guest access, subject to published allowances and limits.
Cancellation stops future subscription renewal according to your billing terms. Hardware ownership is separate from the subscription. Contact support about service access after cancellation and any hardware return request.
