Guest QR phones and host dashboard access do not count toward the display limit. Offline paired displays do; revoke an unused display to free a slot. See display and shared AI limits.

All guest-guide features and AI concierge are included, with usage limits and up to five paired displays per property. You supply a compatible device with GuestsBoard installed and internet access. No hardware is included or ordered.

Graduated monthly pricing: first 3 properties $19 each, properties 4–15 $15 each, and properties 16+ $12 each. Annual billing saves 10% on the total. Prices are before taxes and discounts.
