Where GuestsBoard fits

Your hospitality,
presented with care.

GuestsBoard is for hosts who want an in-property guide shaped around their own photos, house details, and local favorites. Choose a display theme, manage the content from your dashboard, and enable the included phone concierge. The Pi TV kit arrives configured for GuestsBoard; you supply the HDMI display and Wi-Fi, then connect and pair it.

A complete property subscription

Your guest guide, themes, photos, dashboard updates, supported OwnerRez sync, and AI concierge are included. Up to five paired displays at the same property share one subscription across Pi, iOS, and Android; each needs compatible hardware. Service pricing is the same across platforms, and bringing your own compatible device avoids hardware purchases. AI concierge is included, with usage shared across the property’s displays and guest access, subject to published allowances and limits. Review display limits and what counts.

A setup you can understand

The Pi runs GuestsBoard on an available HDMI input, including on an older non-smart TV. Guests can read the display without an app. With the Pi setup, phone chat requires the property Wi-Fi, a QR scan, local network access, and internet for answers. Screen navigation needs compatible input hardware.

TV apps and guest communication

WelcomeScreen

Consider WelcomeScreen if its supported TV apps and choice of TV, guidebook, and messaging bundles fit your setup. Check your television platform and distinguish guest concierge access from AI messaging in a booking inbox.

STR TV

Consider STR TV when scheduled TV wake, entertainment access, and cleanup of selected streaming apps are priorities. Confirm the exact TV and apps supported. Those functions are not a promise of the GuestsBoard Pi guide.

Questions worth answering before you buy.

Does “AI included” mean unlimited?

No. GuestsBoard includes concierge access without a separate AI subscription charge. Standard new properties start with a 500-request monthly allowance, and additional limits apply. Your configured allowance and usage appear in the dashboard. A limit stops requests rather than automatically charging overages. Read the counting rules and limits.

Which screen experience suits your property?

Try the sample guide, check readability from where guests sit, and consider how guests will navigate. If TV wake, app launching, or streaming-account cleanup is essential, ask for a demonstration on your TV model. An HDMI connection alone does not establish those capabilities.

Do you need a display or a web guest portal?

A phone-first guidebook may fit if guests need information before arrival or away from the property. Our guestbook buying guide covers mobile guides, screens, and tablets. The upcoming GuestsBoard-powered Guest Portal Premium is a separate web offering exclusively for GuestsKey customers. It is in development and testing, needs no Pi, and is not available to buy here yet. See the GuestsKey portal details.

What should you compare beyond the price?

Review the guest-facing design, host editing workflow, setup requirements, included features, usage limits, and support and return terms. Look at the complete cost for your property and ask each provider to demonstrate the features that matter to your stay.
